Cast Iron I-Section Straight Edge | 320-21-100
I-section straight edge provides high rigidity. The cutouts on the side surface are provided for weight reduction, which also reduces the sagging effect and is very effective for large measurements. It is used for blue matching the working surfaces of machine tools and straightness alignment of heavy machinery.
- Made generally as per IS: 5268.
- Made from good quality, close grained, high density alloyed cast iron conforming to Grade FG 220 of IS: 210
- Stress relieved and hand scraped surface.

A Straight edge is a very effective tool that is used primarily for alignment and inspection of any flat surface with help of slip gauges or filler gauges.
- Made out of EN-45 Steel (2000mm and above made out of Alloy Steel)

In addition to the standard I-section straight edge, we manufacture straight edge having flat surface on one side and a 90°V on the opposite side. This is useful where both v-alignment and the surface straightness need to be measured specially for scraping process in machine tools.

In certain situations it is not feasible to carry straight edges made out of heavy casting. For this purpose, the lightweight aluminium straight edge can be used. Relatively lighter than the steel or I-section straight edge, this is suitable for jobs where alignment matters but high accuracy is not the primary concern.
- Main body is made out of extruded aluminium section.
- Both top and bottom working surfaces are reinforced with steel strips.
- Very useful for erections, alignments and other purposes where very high accuracy is not required.

**ebm-papst Centrifugal Fan**
The ebm-papst single inlet centrifugal fan has an airflow of 1340m³/h and a supply voltage rating of 230VAC. The blower features long, backward curved blade and these impellers are highly resistant to dirt and dust. Their hydraulic efficiency is very high. The clockwise direction of rotation is seen on the rotor, with S1 operation mode.

**What is A DC Axial Fan?**
DC axial fans are designed to create airflow with a high flow rate and medium pressure. Axial fans have an impeller surrounded by blades which works in a similar way to a propeller. The motor of the fan is integrated into the hub of the impeller to provide a compact fan unit. The impeller draws in air axially in a parallel direction to the revolving motor shaft and forces air out in the same direction. The axial fan is surrounded by a flanged housing with mounting holes allowing it to be mounted inside equipment
**Efficient and Reliable Motor**
• External Rotor Motor: Unlike traditional internal rotor motors where the rotating shaft is surrounded by electromagnetic coils ebm-papst fans feature an external rotor motor. In an external rotor motor the magnetic coils are encased inside a rotating shell. The advantage of this design is that external rotor motors are more compact in size, run more efficiently and are less prone to overheating than internal rotor motors
• Brushless Motor: These DC fans have brushless motors where the electrical switching is carried out by electronic circuits rather than metal brushes. As they don’t have any brushes to wear out, brushless motors are more efficient and reliable than AC motors and have a longer life span. The integrated electronics of brushless motors also allow extra interface options and motor protection to be built into the fan.
